    Refund policy

     

    At SEO Gone Wild, we pride ourselves in providing top-quality SEO Leads, Timeshare Leads, and Business 2 Consumer Leads to our valued customers. We stand behind the integrity of our leads and have put the following return policy in place. 

    Once your purchase has been completed, there is a 24-hour period during which you can request a refund for your leads. However, please note that after this period has passed, all leads are considered non-refundable.

    While we cannot guarantee the success of every lead, we are confident in the accuracy and usefulness of the leads we provide. In the rare event that the leads you purchased fail to generate sales, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and offer appropriate compensation, including replacement leads or credits to your account.

    Since each of these services are custom designed for your business, we cannot offer a refund after the first 24 hours of purchase has passed. 

    Timeshare Leads Include:

    Up to 2 Phone Numbers

    Name of up to 2 contacts for the ownership 

    Location of the timeshare

    Mailing addresses and other data points are available upon request but are not included in the base package sold on the website.

    SEO Leads Include:

    Contact Name 

    Business Name

    Phone Number

    Email Address

    B2C Leads Include:

    Phone

    Email

    Contact Name

    Note: Some B2C leads do NOT come with mailing addresses. 

    SEO Packages and Services 

    At our SEO agency, we take pride in providing high-quality services that enhance your website's search engine visibility. We guarantee that our team of professionals will work diligently to improve your website's ranking.

    However, due to the nature of our work, we cannot offer any refunds on our services, including backlinks and content creation. This no-refund policy is put in place to ensure that our team is adequately compensated for their time and effort.

    Before signing up for our services, we highly recommend that you thoroughly research and understand the work that goes into SEO services. Additionally, we recommend that you thoroughly evaluate our agency's experience, expertise, and track record.



    All packages are custom designed with you in mind and work is incurred on these at our end. Payment for services is due upon invoice receipt (if you are invoiced). 

    All services are considered *approved* within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests to modify or change the service must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. 


    Non-Managed SEO Products: If you purchase individual content pieces, backlinks, or marketing research, these services are considered approved within 24 hours of receipt. Non-managed SEO products are not refundable. Non-managed SEO services do not include phone or appointment-based support.

    Managed SEO Services: Managed SEO services are non-refundable and considered approved with the payment of the next month's invoice. Managed SEO services over $400 per month are entitled to one weekly phone or appointment-based support. Managed SEO services under $400 per month, at the managing partner's discretion, are eligible for one phone call or appointment-based support.

    Month-to-month service: We ask for a three-month commitment of services, minimum, for  managed SEO services. An invoice will be sent out at the billing date each month. Payment is due within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice. All services are prepaid. 



    A Note About Chargebacks

    At SEO Gone Wild, we want to work with our customers to make sure that they are happy with the services they receive. Due to the nature of search engine marketing, we understand that customers may sometimes not receive the results expected. We want to work with you to resolve your concerns and answer all of your questions. However, if you issue a chargeback, that is detrimental to both of our businesses. Our policy with chargebacks is to rebut them. When you use our services, you agree not to submit a chargeback. Chargebacks will be submitted to our third-party collections agency.Â
